Cathedral offers public recitation of morning, evening prayer

The Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes has instituted public recitation of Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours.

Morning Prayer is recited at 8 a.m., Monday-Friday. Evening Prayer begins at 5:30 p.m. Both take place in the Cathedral church.

Father Steve Dublinski, rector of the Cathedral, leads the prayer, accompanied by seminarians of the diocese who are with the parish this summer.

Uniontown centennial

Bishop Skylstad chats with parishioners at St. Boniface Parish, Uniontown. The parish celebrated its centennial earlier this month. Parishioners past and present took part in the festivities, which included Mass, a procession through the streets of town, and displays. Father Ed Marier is pastor of St. Boniface, as well as St. Gall, Colton. (IR photo from Steven Bendzak)
