Catholic Daughters announce 2007 contest themes

The Catholic Daughters of the Americas have announced the themes of their most recent Educational Contest.

The themes of this year’s contest are “The Beauty of God’s Creation” and “Taking Time for others.”

The contest is open to Catholiic students, grades 4 through 12, and to adult members of the Catholic Daughters.

Areas in which fourth and fifth graders may compete are essays, poetry, art, posters, and computer art. Students in grades 6-12 may also compete in music, and photography. Adult members may compete in poetry, art, computer art, and music.

The deadline date for submitting entries is March 1, 2007.
