It takes a village

A Christmas village, that is. Members of St. Peter Parish, Spokane, are selling items of Christmas decor, including pieces for Christmas village displays like the one pictured above, as a fund-raiser to finance completion of the parish’s Hall. The first sale will be Nov. 20 (3-7 p.m.) and Nov. 21 (9 a.m.-1 p.m .) at Assumption Parish, 3624 W. Indian Trail Rd., and the second at St. Peter Parish itself, 3520 E. 18th Ave., from 3-6 p.m. on Dec. 4 and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Dec. 5. Several decor series will be available, including “Christmas in the City,” “North Pole,” “Alpine,” and “New England,” both houses and accessories. Special weekday arrangements can be made as well.
