With Vatican II’s “drop of Mary” for an extreme period of time, my own Catholic-school-educated children did not receive the basics of contributed cooperation from Our Mother, Blessed Mary’s participation with God, for humanity’s redemption/salvation, on all our sakes.
Therefore, more than a rejection of Our Lady, there is a very obvious resentment toward my attempts to share her life of caring involvement to this very day in their own lives – with her powerful intercession to her divine Son, Jesus Christ. All of which, naturally, would lead toward some quantity and quality of grateful affiliation, and prescribed realization in their recognized remembrances of Mary’s personal offering, for all of us.
