Morning Star Foundation’s annual premier event for opera lovers, “Evening in Tuscany,” took place Sunday, Aug. 5 and the home of Ron and Terri Caferro. This fundraising outdoor soirée benefits Morning Star Boys’ Ranch and was highlighted by an ensemble of international performers including sopranos Heather Parker and Dawn Wolski, tenor Tim Augustin, bass baritone Derrick Parker, violinist Mateuz Wolski, and piano accompanist David Demand. The four-course Italian dinner was catered by Fery’s Catering, complimented by wine from the Robert Karl Cellars. Morning Star Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) organization purposed to solicit, receive, administer and manage gifts, funds and other assets in order to support tax-exempt charitable pursuits for the benefit of youth. For more information, visit the web site: Pictured, from left, are performers Mateusz Wolski, Tim Augustin, Derrick Parker, Heather Parker, and Dawn Marie Wolski.
