Clarkston Catholic Daughters announce education contest results

Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court St. Catherine of Sienna 2059 in Clarkston, Wash., recently sponsored an education contest. This year’s winners will be submitted for competition on the state level – and those winners will compete nationally. This year’s winners, from first place, are:
Art – Division 1: Chassidy Scneider, Cole Morscheck, Larae Morrow, and Mathew Fowler. Division 2: Airyl Sobotta, Isabel Gustaffson, and Rafe Coates.
Poetry – Division 2: Hannah Carrier and Chloe Smith.
Computer Art – Division 1: Sadie Kopczynski, Holly Huebner, Dominiq Wofford, and Riley Ziegler. Division 2: Mariah Arthur and Joshua Eggleston.
Essay – Division 1: Elizabeth Watson, Chloe Smith, and Connor Bailey.
Photography – Division 2: Joshua Eggleston, Rafe Coats, and Elizabeth Gustaffson.
Besides the education contest, the Clarkston Court has also hosted a number of fundraisers, whose proceeds have enabled the Court to donate to the following enterprises:
CDA National Charitable Projects, CDA Washington State Charities, Holy Family School, Life Choice, Snake River Clinic, Family Promise, Willow Center, St. Vincent de Paul, Salvation Army, Wounded Warriors, Holy Family Parish Hall, Morality in Media, Holy Family Youth Group, and Holy Family Parish social events.
The Court meets on the second Monday of each month.
